How to backup Firefox Search Plugin keywords?

I would like to know how to backup my search plugin keywords that I save in firefox. I know how to backup the plugins thmeselves (in the Profile folder and copy the searchengines folder) but each time I restore to a new profile in firefox the keywords are gone, is there anyway to back them up as well.

search.sqlite

a source far wiser than I informs me that the keywords are stored in search.sqlite
so you can backup the keywords by backing up that file (root of your profile)

(just to advise anyone else... it's the search*plugins* folder)

yes, my bad it is the searchplugins folder. Also I just tested and this does work! thanks you so much ccaygill, you have saved me a ton of time on future firefox installs.
