Average wait before accounts are activated?

I only registered 3 days ago so I am not worried but I just have a question about on average how long will it take for my account to become active? I wont worry about it until at least a week has passed. I am just wondering, as I am eager to become more active in this community. I thank you for reading this I just basically I just wanted to know if it is going to be longer than a week is all. How long did it take for you (anyone who replies) to become active after registering. Thank you for reading this anyone who does, and Thank you in advance for your replies.

Waited time

No more than a week on both counts.
If it is, then contact the site to see where your registration went.

If only...

Have been a bit slow to take care of these recently - the backlog is currently around 3 months!
I'll try and take care of all of them over the next few hours and might change the system a bit...
 
(you don't actually need to be registered to do anything except start a new thread)
